BUKNUWO provides LiFePO4 batteries, lithium battery accessories, chargers and related power products. Customers are responsible for selecting products that are suitable for their intended applications, including but not limited to RVs, marine use, trolling motors, golf carts, solar systems, home backup and off-grid power systems.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer.
Section 6 – Battery Safety and Proper Use
BUKNUWO lithium batteries and related products must be used according to the product manual, safety instructions, product labels and applicable electrical standards.
You agree to use our products responsibly and safely. Improper installation, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity connection, incompatible chargers, overloading, unauthorized modification, physical damage, water damage, improper storage, short circuit, overheating or failure to follow instructions may cause product damage, personal injury, property damage or voiding of warranty coverage.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all battery systems are properly installed, connected, protected and maintained. If you are not familiar with battery installation or electrical systems, you should consult a qualified professional before use.
BUKNUWO is not responsible for damage, injury, loss or malfunction caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, improper charging, incompatible equipment, negligence, accidents or failure to follow product instructions.
Section 7 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit, cancel or refuse quantities purchased per person, per household, per billing address, per shipping address, per account, per credit card or per order.

Warranty coverage applies only to eligible products purchased from BUKNUWO or authorized sales channels and used under normal conditions in accordance with product instructions, safety guidelines, and applicable electrical standards.
Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity connection, incompatible chargers, overloading, unauthorized modification, physical damage, water damage, improper storage, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third-party accessories, equipment, or services.
To request warranty service, customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, order information, product model, serial number if applicable, photos or videos showing the issue, and a description of the problem.
