How We Build BUKNUWO Batteries

From cell manufacturing and battery assembly to quality verification, every stage is managed with a focus on consistency, safety, and long-term performance.

1.Slurry Mixing

Active materials, conductive additives, and binders are precisely mixed into a uniform slurry to support consistent electrode quality and stable performance.

2.Electrode Coating

The prepared slurry is evenly coated onto the electrode substrate using automated coating equipment, helping maintain consistent thickness, loading, and material distribution.

3.Calendering

Coated electrode sheets are precisely compressed to a controlled thickness and density, improving material contact and helping maintain consistent electrochemical performance.

4.Precision Slitting

Wide electrode rolls are precision-slit into uniform strips with tight dimensional control, preparing each electrode for accurate and consistent downstream cell assembly.

5.Automated Winding

Positive and negative electrodes are precisely wound together with separator material to form uniform cell cores. Automated control helps maintain alignment, tension, and repeatability throughout the process.

6.Cell Assembly & Casing

Wound cell cores are carefully assembled and inserted into their housings using automated and semi-automated equipment, helping improve positioning accuracy, consistency, and production efficiency.

7.Electrolyte Filling

A controlled amount of electrolyte is precisely injected into each cell to ensure proper wetting of the electrodes and separator, supporting stable capacity and consistent cell performance.

8.Formation & Initial Testing

Each cell undergoes controlled initial charge and discharge cycles to activate its electrochemical performance. Key operating data are recorded and monitored to verify consistency and identify abnormalities before further assembly.

1.Component Preparation

Required cables, connectors, and supporting components are prepared and checked before battery pack assembly.

2.Cell Testing & Matching

Cells are tested by capacity, voltage, and internal resistance, then carefully matched to improve pack consistency and performance.

3.Pack Welding

Matched cells are securely connected using controlled laser or spot-welding processes to create reliable electrical connections.

4.Insulation & Protective Wrapping

Assembled packs are enclosed or heat-shrink wrapped to improve insulation, protection, and structural stability.

5.Final Inspection & Packaging

Finished packs undergo final quality checks before being securely packaged and prepared for shipment.
