The prepared slurry is evenly coated onto the electrode substrate using automated coating equipment, helping maintain consistent thickness, loading, and material distribution.

Coated electrode sheets are precisely compressed to a controlled thickness and density, improving material contact and helping maintain consistent electrochemical performance.

Wide electrode rolls are precision-slit into uniform strips with tight dimensional control, preparing each electrode for accurate and consistent downstream cell assembly.
