About this product

Reliable 14.6V CC/CV Charging

Delivers a regulated 20A charging current and 146W rated output for compatible 12V/12.8V LiFePO4 batteries. The 100–240V AC input supports convenient charging across a wide range of power environments.

Quick and Secure Connections

The Anderson quick connector makes everyday connection and disconnection more convenient, while the M8 ring terminals provide a secure connection to compatible battery posts.

Built for 12V LiFePO4 Batteries

Combining 14.6V output, 20A ±3% charging current, and 146W rated power in a compact 172.5 × 90.5 × 51mm housing, the charger weighs only 0.94kg for convenient storage and installation.

Automatic CC/CV Charging

The charger delivers a steady 20Acurrent during the constant-current stage, then automatically switches to constant-voltage charging as the battery approaches 14.6V. This controlled charging process helps provide reliable and efficient charging for compatible 12V/12.8V LiFePO4 batteries.

Clear Charging Status & Active Cooling

The two-color LED provides clear operating feedback: solid red indicates charging, solid green indicates standby or fully charged, and fast-flashing red indicates reverse polarity, short circuit, or low battery voltage. A built-in fan provides forced-air cooling to help maintain stable performance during charging.

Built-In Safety Protection

Built-in protection against short circuit, reverse polarity, output over-voltage, and over-temperature helps protect the charger and connected battery from abnormal operating conditions. Under-voltage protection and timed output shutdown provide additional charging safety.

Easy to Connect, Ready to Charge

With AC power disconnected, attach the M8 ring terminals to the correct battery posts, connect the Anderson connectors, and then plug the charger into an AC outlet. Check the LED indicator to confirm charging status. After charging, unplug the AC power before disconnecting the battery cables.

FAQs

This 14.6V 10A charger is designed for compatible 12V/12.8V LiFePO4 batteries with a recommended charging voltage of 14.6V. Before use, confirm that the battery can accept a 10A charging current. It is not intended for 24V, 36V, or 48V battery systems, or for lead-acid, AGM, GEL, and other lithium battery chemistries.

The charger uses automatic CC/CV charging. It first supplies a steady current during the constant-current stage, then automatically transitions to constant-voltage charging as the battery approaches 14.6V. This is a CC/CV charger and is not advertised as a three-stage or long-term trickle charger.

A solid red light indicates that the battery is charging. A solid green light indicates standby, waiting for a battery connection, or that charging is complete. A fast-flashing red light may indicate reverse polarity, an output short circuit, or battery voltage that is too low.

With the charger unplugged from AC power, connect the red M8 ring terminal to the battery’s positive terminal and the black M8 ring terminal to the negative terminal. Connect the Anderson connectors, then plug the charger into an AC outlet. After charging, unplug the charger from AC power before disconnecting it from the battery.

Yes. The charger uses a built-in fan for forced-air cooling, so some airflow and fan noise during charging are normal. Keep the ventilation openings unobstructed and place the charger in a dry, well-ventilated location. If the charger repeatedly overheats or shuts down, disconnect it and contact BUKNUWO support.

Some protection conditions may clear after the cause of the fault is removed, while others may require the charger to be disconnected and powered on again. Unplug the AC power, correct the battery connection or other abnormal condition, and then reconnect the charger. Never continue using damaged cables or connectors.

The charger includes protection against short circuit, reverse polarity, input under-voltage, output over-voltage, over-temperature, and extended charging time. Over-temperature protection stops output when the internal temperature reaches approximately 85°C ±5°C and allows operation to resume after cooling to approximately 55°C ±5°C.
